What is your money story?
I’ve coached hundreds of individuals and couples on the topic of money, and I hear this a LOT -
I’m not good with money. This is not surprising, because money is not a topic that is often talked about at the dinner table, amongst friends, colleagues, and unfortunately, at school when we were growing up.
My money is in chaos. Many clients I work with tell me they don’t know where their money goes. The bills get paid, but after that, who knows?
If I had more money/made more money, I’d be happier, less stressed. There’s truth to the saying, “money doesn’t buy happiness”. But, how many agree and then think, “yes, but I’d like to test it for myself”?
There is a lot of shame around money; hiding our money fears and worries about it from others, our inability to handle it as adults (whether you are a high earner or underearner), the feelings of not having enough, not making enough, fear of our financial future, identifying with how ‘successful’ we are in life based on our bank account balance, and so on.
The shame often leads to avoidance, overspending and even underspending, having little financial direction or goals.

This workshop will allow a safe place to slow down, to examine your current relationship with money, get clear on what you want to create in this next year (or longer), and what’s standing in the way.
In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll have the opportunities to:
- dissolve your old money stories
- create a new, more productive relationship with money
- stop making how much or how little you have mean anything about you
- develop your next 2 steps related to a specific goal(s) and your financial wellbeing
This is an experiential workshop, designed for transformation vs. information. Bring a journal and pen. There will be breakout room activities so plan to have your camera on.
