Tammi Scott is known for the gentle persistent way in which she guides her clients to move beyond feeling anxious, uninspired, depleted or simply stuck in their careers or personal lives. Along the way they rekindle the spark that brings joy and meaning to their lives so they feel connected on a deep level to who they are and can create success in their lives.

She works with executives, managers, teams, and individuals across the US. She brings understanding and insight from a span of industry experience, including high-end retail, pharmaceutical, education, non-profit, and financial.
It doesn’t matter what profession or life situation her clients are in, Tammi applies the same underlying principles to her work with them. Her unique approach is grounded in the day-to-day external reality of life combined with the inner landscape of the soul so that her clients develop both their inner and outer lives.

And she does it all with persistence and empathy, patience and wisdom. At the same time, she lets herself be guided by her well-honed intuition.
But it wasn’t always this way
Tammi was a pleasure seeker. She had a successful corporate career. It looked as if she was living the good life, but inside she felt insecure and inauthentic. She hid her compassion under a competitive life.

Then in an “Aha!” moment she realized how unfulfilling it is to live from the outside in, just to be successful in the material world. She asked herself: “What if there’s something greater out there?” This question opened the way for her spiritual awakening and culminated in her current calling to help others along their paths.

Her journey influences her work with clients. They too know there’s something more than external success but until now they haven’t been able to put their finger on what that could be. Tammi helps them discover what’s meaningful and true for them, and discard beliefs and behaviors that no longer work for them, so that they can live according to their own values, dreams and visions.

All her professional experience centered around helping others, building relationships and developing leadership skills.
Education
Tammi holds a BA in Communications, and Organizational Communications from California State University, Sacramento, an MA in Spiritual Psychology and an MA in Consciousness Health and Healing from the University of Santa Monica (USM). She is also an ICF certified Coach (PCC) trained at the University of Santa Monica, and as a Professional Coach by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
And in her spare time...
Tammi likes to read, run, practice yoga and hike in nature. She swam with the sharks (the non-human-eating kind!) at Alcatraz and participates in ocean swim races every year. Tammi understands the importance of staying balanced and healthy on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. This is what she teaches her clients also.
