As a Director-Level leader, I thrived in the culture that valued logic, drive, and results. But for years, I kept my deep compassion and humanity hidden behind the executive mask I thought was expected of me.

But instead of leading from my true strengths, connection, insight, and empathy, I measured my worth by my productivity, unknowingly capping my true strategic impact. I told myself that once I hit the next milestone, I’d finally feel fulfilled. But no matter how much I achieved, that feeling never came.

Then, I had my Aha! moment. I realized that living from the outside in—defining success by external measures—was never going to bring me the depth of fulfillment I craved. I asked myself, "What if there’s something greater out there?"

That single question changed everything. It opened the door to a deeper sense of purpose and led me to the work I do today.
